Not too long ago, I reached out weight 209 pounds!

However, when I went to my appointment yesterday, the nurse was shocked to see that I now weight 132 pounds.

Even she couldn't believe the transformation I had undergone!

My doctor was also surprised and expressed her pride in my accomplishment.

The overwhelming emotions made me burst into tears, as it reminded me of the ups and downs I experienced on this journey.

Now, I can fully utilize all of the sun, surf and sand my new home has to offer... Plus rocking the bikini 👙 and even getting compliments everywhere I go. Feels like I have my life back!

Thanks to this routine, I feel a sense of freedom... which is why I get so excited to share it with others. If I can do it, everyone can do it!
